Welcome to southwest Nebraska’s new Hunting Preserve. Located in south central Lincoln County, on McDermott Ranch 22 miles south of North Platte, Nebraska on Hwy 83 and 6 1/4 miles west on Hwy 23.
Medicine Creek Outfitters and McDermott Ranch Resort looks forward to visiting with you about our day hunts or over night stays in the newly built lodge with delicious home cooked meals. The terrain is ideal with ranchland combined with creek bottoms and cropland. Game include Deer, Pheasant, Quail, Prairie Dogs and Coyotes.
We also offer our lodge for over-night stays. The lodge has two bedrooms on the main floor, a sofa sleeper in the parlor, a queen sized bed in the loft, a bathroom with shower and satellite TV. We serve three homemade meals a day, served in our event center.
Medicine Creek Outfitters hunts are available from September 1st through March 31st. With our Hunting Preserve we are able to offer you a standard package or customize a package to fit your needs.
